Graphical Overview System
Graphical Overview System (visualization software) by Tech King Operations allows operators to see detailed status of the conveyor system. GOS can be added to any CHAMP control system. It can also be used as a stand alone Human/Machine Interface on a PLC based or on an already existing control system.
The "Overview" screen displays the system in a graphical format. The screen can be moved to show different parts of the system and operators can zoom in or out of screen.
Operators can double click their mouse on a conveyor unit to gather details on the status of a conveyor unit.
Graphics screens can be accessed by any network computer. They can be utilized by on the factory floor, supervisor's office or remotely.
