Taking Your Call In An Emergency:

- Engineers have access to electronic project archives to product documentation for trouble shooting purposes
Base Coverage Program:
- Operator and Maintenance Technical Assistance
- 1 Year or 2000 hours of system/equipment operation
- No additional cost beyond the contract
- 1st Month of operation: 24 hour/day, 7 day/week remote dial-up coverage is provided.
- Remote dial-up and tech support coverage provided for the remaining warranty period is 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Extended Coverage:
- Additional annual cost based on original project size and complexity
- Remote tech support coverage provided is 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday & Sunday.
- A system audit visit occurs following month 3 of operation.
- Onsite refresher training session for Operators and Maintenance (coincides with audit trip)
Total Coverage:
- Additional annual cost based on original project size and complexity
- Remote tech coverage provided is 24 hours/day 365 days/year
- A system audit visit occurs following month 3 of operation
- Onsite refresher training session for Operators and Maintenance (coincides with audit trip)
- 2nd audit/refresher training in month 12
